Stays are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail and payment of the deposit.

CHECK IN: From 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please let us know when you arrive.
CHECK OUT: The house must be vacated by 10:00 am. Please make an appointment for the inventory.

End-of-stay cleaning fee of 300,- EUR. At the end of your stay, you agree to leave the house in a clean condition, and to declare and pay for any damage you may have caused to the house or grounds.

Intermediate cleaning for a stay of more than 7 days: 150,- EUR

The reservation is validated with the payment of the 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
The deposit is to be paid before your stay.

• More than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, 50% of the accommodation fees are reimbursed.

• Less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, no refund.

• In the event of cancellation by "la clochette du château", the latter undertakes to inform the tenant of the cancellation as soon as possible and to provide a replacement in the vicinity 

Pets must be accustomed to living indoors and must never be left alone, either inside or outside the accommodation. The grounds around the house are fully fenced, so they can move around without risk. However, we ask you to ensure that he does not dig in the garden, and to take him out of the garden to relieve himself.
