Of course, there is no lack of wine in this region. Being neighbors with great winegrowers
, we started cooperations and this is how with "Les amis de la Palus" our first edition took shape. The selected wine is always linked to winemakers we know, who accompany us and whose wine and ecological approach we appreciate. Since 2022 we produce our own wine 100% La CLOCHETTE.

Since 2022, we are very happy to collaborate with Nicolas Cosse who is a passionate lover of nature and wine. Through the practice of organic farming and biodynamics, he produces fresh, fruity, complex and lively wines.
