Conditions

 

  • Reservations can be made by e-mail: contact@clochette-chateau.fr.
    Stays are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation e-mail and payment of the deposit.

  • Arrival time: Rooms are available from 4:00 pm. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 pm.
    Check-out time: rooms must be vacated by 10 am. However, you can leave your luggage with us.

  • End-of-stay cleaning fee of 90,- EUR. At the end of the stay, the customer undertakes to leave the gîte clean and tidy, and to declare and pay for any damage to the house or grounds for which he/she may be responsible.

    • Our friends the animals are not accepted

    • Please no parties

    • no smoking

    • the Gîte is not air-conditioned

  • Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the start of your stay.
    The deposit is to be deposited on site (cheque or cash). 

    • Up to 7 days before arrival, the advanced payment (50%) is not refunded

    • Less than 7 days prior to arrival there is no refund 

    • No refunds in the event of shortened stays/rentals.

    • In the event of cancellation by "la clochette du château", the latter undertakes to inform the tenant of the cancellation as soon as possible and to provide a replacement in the vicinity
